Print Guidelines

Posters should be printed either A3 or A2 portrait. We require 30-40 posters for display within the venue.

Please use our logos on all print advertising associated with the festival. The logo should be placed prominently in one of the corners of the print. We don’t have exact specifications - we trust you to know how to design your own posters - but as a rule of thumb the mimetic logo should be at least the same size and prominence of any other logo on the poster and should have a reasonable exclusion zone around it so it doesn’t feel cramped. The logos both have a transparent background - so shouldn’t be used in a box - and can be layered over your background image as long as it isn’t too patterned. Please don’t add any effects to the logo like drop shadows or change any of the colours of the logo in any way. If you have any questions about usage please feel free to contact us - all poster proofs should be emailed to info@mimeticfest.com for sign off before going to print.
