Artistic Director – Alexander Parsonage
Alexander is an award winning theatre director, cabaret producer and co-founder of Finger in the Pie. He has worked extensively in clown, mime, visual theatre, puppetry and cabaret. His clown production – Sweeney Todd: His Life, Times and Execution! was shortlisted for a Total Theatre Award in 2009 and his follow up production Waiting for Stanley was listed in the top 10 best reviewed shows of Edinburgh 2012. He founded Finger in the Pie Cabaret in Soho’s Madame JoJo’s in 2007 - which quickly established itself as the West Ends largest monthly showcase of cabaret, circus and burlesque. He sat as a judge for the London Cabaret Awards in 2012. Alexander trained in theatre creation at the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA) a Lecoq based pedagogy in London.
Cabaret Programmer - Catia Ciarico
Catia Ciarico is resident producer and programmer at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern including running and booking the Hot August Fringe Festival. She also run’s the celebrated Magic Night at Madame JoJos. Catia still occasionally performs with one of the UK’s leading Street Theatre Companies. Catia trained in clown and physical theatre at Rose Bruford and the Ecole Philippe Gaulier. She began her career in stand-up comedy and street theatre, before being tempted away by the dark side of cabaret. She has twice been a judge on the London Cabaret Awards - 2012 and 2014.
Producer - Flavia Fraser-Cannon
Flavia was until recently the in-house Producer and Head of Marketing at Theatre503 where her credits included: The Girl in the Yellow Dress, The Swallowing Dark, Life for Beginners, Desolate Heaven and The Life of Stuff. She managed and trained the resident assistant producers hired under the “RAP” scheme, and obtained Arts Council funding for all in-house productions during her tenure and an ongoing period of organisational development. She has appeared on panels for Ideas Tap, Artists Anonymous, Loose Muse and Agent160, has guest lectured at Queen Mary’s University and was an assessor for the Total Theatre Awards 2010. Flavia won “Best Creative” for her work as a producer, publicist and photographer on the 2012 Fringe Report Awards.
